1. The Hotel is located at the closed Naval Training Center, a filming location for the movie, TopGun, and is an urban village featuring businesses, restaurants, a park, 9 hole golf course, wide walking paths, playgrounds, etc. I highly recommend it for business, pleasure, or transitioning.
