1. This was our second stay at the Old Town Inn in San Diego, and we were happy with the consistent value and service.

The staff are extremely helpful (particularly Anna who takes a real interest in your comfort and the enjoyment of your stay) and very committed to providing an excellent service whether it is in restocking the breakfast supplies, keeping the pool-side neat and tidy or making sure your room is up to scratch - you may feel the staff are just doing what they are supposed to be doing but they do not stint and actually take pride in the service they deliver.

6. Complimentary breakfast served in the morning; pastries, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle maker etc. Best service I have ever had at a hotel and very affordable.

7. 2011 we went to san Diego for a football game and ended up going to old town 3 Days later, they have a little something for everyone, museums, great Resturants(with great service, shopping, and one of the most historical haunted houses(whaley house).

8. The trolley sevice is a short 5 minute walk from hotel, San Diego has a very good public transport service available, the front desk are able to provide info on how to get around, we found this extremly helpful.

10. This is the third or fourth year we stay at this hotel and we will continue to come back when in San Diego to take the kids to the zoo, Sea World, Coronado, La Jolla, etc. It's affordable, clean, and great customer service.
