1. Location is perfect for walking to many stores and restaurants and an easy drive into Old Town, Downtown, La Jolla etc.Again let me say how wonderful every member of the Pacific Terrace was.

6. Taking the bus gave us a chance to talk to the locals and see some parts of san diego that we prob would have missed if we took a taxi (downtown, little italy, etc.).
