1. I asked for a rolling bed and it was in the room as soon as we entered the room, free of charge.

9. Tea, coffee and popcorn in the room (dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer) and they'll buy groceries for you and leave them in your room, no delivery charge (if you spend over $10).
