7. As other travelers have pointed out the first floor is not too desirable, because you feel like you are in the middle of the parking lot, but the higher floors are nice and you can get a glimpse of the water from most balconies.

9. The property is great in that it is centrally located (assuming you have a car - a given in San Diego), rooms have mini-kitchens (refrigerator, 2-burner stove, sink, coffee maker), ours had a little balcony (most rooms seem to, if not all),and the staff if very helpful.
