3. While waiting to check in, the hotel manager found that they were a bit short on towels but went out of his way to take newly dried towels to a couple also waiting with us.

5. As far as cleanliness and accomodation, the staff was friendly, the check-in/out was quick and precise, and the breakfast was actually very decent for a free breakfast.
