2. The room was lovely, the service was exceptional and we also fell in love with the hotel's story as well as its canine-atarian (yes we made up this word) efforts - especially with their director of pet relations, Luke.

3. Service is very friendly---there aren't many employees, so the hotel has a mom 'n pop feel (oftentimes feels kind of dead, but that's great if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the convention hotels).

8. If you are looking for a full service, uber efficient, multi-amenity hotel you might want to look at a more expensive hotel, of which there are plenty in this area from which to choose.
