8. When I called and talked to their corporate customer service people they said that there was nothing they could do about the stolen towles and that they would see what they could do about the charges.

9. When we came back at 11 to check in again the man behind the counter was rude when we asked if we could get a credit since the room was ready 8 hours late and said 'well at least you have a room' This hotel is filled with disgraceful employees who have no idea what customer service is.
