1. I have 2 small children and we had driven 5 hours to get to San Antonio after being walked by their sister company I was very upset, but the Manager just told me that I should be grateful that we have a room since it was spring break and his hotel was nicer so he didn't see what the problem was, and we should never be guaraneed a room by check in time because they need more time than that to clean the rooms.

2. We went to check in early because we had confirmed an early check in at Candlewood Suites and they told us rudely that they didn't have any early check ins and that we just needed to come back in 2 hours.

3. When we asked why since check-in was at 3 she simply said we had people not come into work, she was completely unapologetic about the inconvenience.

4. When we came back at 11 to check in again the man behind the counter was rude when we asked if we could get a credit since the room was ready 8 hours late and said 'well at least you have a room' This hotel is filled with disgraceful employees who have no idea what customer service is.
