3. I have 2 small children and we had driven 5 hours to get to San Antonio after being walked by their sister company I was very upset, but the Manager just told me that I should be grateful that we have a room since it was spring break and his hotel was nicer so he didn't see what the problem was, and we should never be guaraneed a room by check in time because they need more time than that to clean the rooms.
