3. The shuttle to the airport is on-demand, we waited about 2 minutes and were taken by ourselves directly to our terminal -- the best kind of service for that particular offering.

6. It also had a 'shopping service' where you could make a shopping list and leave it at front desk and they will have it in your room that afternoon and charge your items to your room, but we did not use this service although we thought about it.
