1. Check-in manager was chatty, but set a bad tone at check-in: after acknowledging that he had my prepaid Expedia reservation at hand, he was momentarily confused by a slight naming mismatch on the credit card and reservation.

3. The arrival experience was fine for the property class: no bellman or valet, of course, but there were luggage carts easily available, and a quick check-in at the desk.
