1. com listing says they offer FREE shuttle service to and from the slc airport - WRONG!i even emailed them before our trip to confirm if they do offer a shuttle service and they gave me a number for express shuttle.

3. Despite late check-in (midnight), we found everything as instructed (we contacted the person in charge via the button, and were able to get a complimentary shuttle ride from the airport as well).

6. we arrived and was checked in nice comfortable stay quite,clean roomsonly bad thing i will say is thisthere were no extra linens as stated on the card in room the heater when hot is hot and when cold is coldthe shuttle service that was offered when i booked in nov was no longer and we had to pay for shuttle service to and from airportother then that was a nice place to stay and will stay again when visiting salt lake city againthank you sky harborruss and monica.

10. aside from passing us from one person to another (nobody seemed to know who to talk to), express shuttle finally took us to sky harbor and we didn't pay them but they later called us to say that sky harbor is refusing to pay them!so they said we need to pay for that trip plus the trip back to the airport the next morning.
