4. Despite late check-in (midnight), we found everything as instructed (we contacted the person in charge via the button, and were able to get a complimentary shuttle ride from the airport as well).

5. We are adventurous so we didn't have any problems with this - though the front desk did double charge us, and that was ridiculously complicated to get sorted out for their computer error.
