1. The girl at the front desk was nice, the guy in the office didn't care, she kept going to him for what to do and he could care less.

8. The not so positives: deferred maintenance of parking lot, bathrooms were not renovated, cramped and definitely older, squeaky second floor (I was on the first floor), fair to average quality furniture (headboard, easy chair), project location in an older neighborhood (for which local residents say is not a 'great area' of town, accompanied by 'ooh, you are staying there?', slow service from front desk personnel, and no daily maid service (at least that was my experience).
"If you were expecting a hotel, this isn`t the place " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/1/2007 Vote
9. A very rude guy sitting in the office next to the front desk said they would let me know when they had a chance to look and mail it to us if they found it.

10. When going hotel to hotel to find another room for the night I explained my situation and the front desk people all agreed that it would not have been a good fit and all said that it was NOT a 3-star hotel.
