4. We were going to stay in the Embassy Suites with our 2 4 year olds, but chose this one because it was closer to downtown and the last minute rate was cheaper.

7. As we were going out anyway it did not affect us however would have been an issue had we been partway getting washed changed etc. On my request the hotel provided free breakfasts for us the next morning as this was not included in our rate as a sort of compensation for the disruption.

8. Overall okay, but if the rates are comparable to the Hilton, Sheraton, Embassy Suites, Red Lion or Marriott (they frequently are), I'd go with one of them.
