6. The only problem with the whole stay was that there was no shampoo in the room when we checked in, but when I called the desk, housekeeping brought it in a few minutes.

7. GOOD:All staff was as friendly as could be and every single employee from housekeeping to restaurants, to 13th floor pub, to engineering services had smiles and 'Hellos' at all times.

8. We even had to 'steal' a roll of toilet paper from the housekeeping cart one morning because they weren`t even replenishing that and we had used up the whole box of tissues.

9. OPINION:It seems that because I`m an Expedia customer(it shows on their screens) I am not deserving of any 'extras' or proper housekeeping.

10. Needless to say, we left no tip after the 2nd morning and from there housekeeping went down.
