The only problem with the whole stay was that there was no shampoo in the room when we checked in, but when I called the desk,

GOOD:All staff was as friendly as could be and every single employee from

to restaurants, to 13th floor pub, to engineering services had smiles and 'Hellos' at all times.

We even had to 'steal' a roll of toilet paper from the

cart one morning because they weren`t even replenishing that and we had used up the whole box of tissues.
