1. Door to the decorative balcony does not open, would be nice for some fresh air, but not a major issue.

3. Whilst on tour most of the accomodations were fine this property was very surprising, beautiful room with a balcony where the windows opened( when you are a smoker this is so much appriciated) beds were very comfortable and the decor was lovely.
