The technician had the audacity to suggest that I stand out on the
balcony
and hold my laptop in the air to get better reception-again, the staff didn`t seem to care and said they`d charge me phone charges if I plugged in my ethernet.

Whilst on tour most of the accomodations were fine this property was very surprising, beautiful room with a
balcony
where the windows opened( when you are a smoker this is so much appriciated) beds were very comfortable and the decor was lovely.
