3. com booking, this room was a 2-star (ROH) room in a 3-star hotel - a) water not hot in shower b) closet doors came off (maintenance replaced, but came off again) c) room was not upgraded as were other rooms - no ref ridge, or flat screen TV; maid service did not leave coffee/room was not swept, dirty glass left in room from first night.

4. On a side note, there was a homeless man sleeping in a closet of an old exercise room that while we were there some colleagues stumbled upon, to which the hotel responded, 'Thanks we've been looking for him.

6. - Location good for a conference or seeing the Temple, etc. - Sky Bar - good food and gorgeous views- coffee and muffins out in the morning The negatives:- broken ice and pop machines- temperature control nonexistent, at least in my room - one setting - too warm- mirrored closet door completely off track - first-floor restaurant food - meh - dearth of newspapers or magazines in the gift shop- tv old and small.
