4. I understand the hotel is old however it should not be obvious, for example instead of resurfacing the bath tubs, a plastic mat was glued to the tub to hide the rust/grime.

5. The bathroom had plenty of space, the tub had some issues there was the white chipped off all around the drain and as I said the water varied from orange to yellow even after letting it run for a very long time.

6. Only thing that does not appear to be renovated are the tub fixtures which appear to be dated and the tile on the tub surrounds.
