5. Upon arrival, I did not receive a welcome gift for being a Priority Club member, when I arrived at my room there was a dirty coffee mug sitting outside the door (it remained there all day), I fought with the vending machine in the lobby (no water in it, had to get a desk rep to go to another machine and fetch a candy bar, finally got a bottled water --- for $1.00 --- from a cooler behind the front desk), when I ordered room service for breakfast, it arrived with no coffee mug (I had the coffee and condiments, but no mug to drink from) and no utensils with which to eat my breakfast --- I called and room service immediately brought a mug and utensils wrapped in a napkin, but I still had to stir my coffee with my fork, because there wasn't a spoon), and I was literally pushed out of the way on the elevator by the cleaning crew --- the elevators are small and slow, these ladies were determined that they, and their big cart would fit on that tiny elevator with me.
