8. Since I will be here for two weeks, I asked the two people at the front desk (day shift) about getting those appliances in my room, and they implied that I would have them in my room as soon as they could be brought up since I was one of the first to check in.

9. Even before we arrived I made several calls to the hotel to check on their shuttle availabilty from the airport , asking about early check in and late check out and never felt like a was a bother to anyone.
