5. When we arrived, the young woman at the front desk greeted us warmly and was so competent and cheerful, bordering on the amazing, and I asked whether she might be Angela, whose name identifying her as the manager on duty was posted next to the sparklingly clean front desk in the recently renovated, immaculate, and comfortably furnished lobby.
"The Happiest Place on Earth! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/3/2011 Vote
6. Brad and others at the front desk were just as friendly, informative, and helpful, but my interactions with them were more limited; still, they deserve mention to underscore that the helpfulness and positive attitudes were not limited to just a couple of people: the entire Holiday Inn North was full of people--staff and visitors, guests, meeting attendees, patrolling police officers (adding to the sense of safety and security)--who seemed genuinely happy to be there (with the possible exception of a couple members of the wait staff).
