1. Quick call to the front desk and a very nice person from housekeeping arrived quickly to our room and removed the feather pillows and replaced with non-feather pillows.

There were a couple of stains on the carpet as well as a couple pieces of tattered furniture indicating that hotel management should take a look at the long term housekeeping aspects of this location, but overall housekeeping as it relates to room turnover seems to be on point; the rooms are sound, quiet and adequately cleaned.
