Quick call to the
front desk
and a very nice person from housekeeping arrived quickly to our room and removed the feather pillows and replaced with non-feather pillows.

staff (and I spoke with many over the days) seemed unwilling to help and constantly directed me to their tech support (through Golden Tree) and they were less than helpful every time I called.
