1. My kids were happy to have a little room to move & it was great to have the loft and 2nd bathroom upstairs for my friend who was helping me.

7. it had a spacious living room (with fireplace), full kitchen, bedroom with bathroom and then upstairs was an open-air loft with separate bath.
