manager
was nice enough to comp us one night's stay and give us a new room, which is about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

had to reverse the charges, and wasn`t in until 3:00 pm, and the

would call me back.

The worst was between the
manager
with makeup and guyliner and the dirty sock next to the bed from the last tennant .

and complained and demanded a new room to avoid a repeat situation with the door, since we were not even offered a new room.
