2. It`s not a good hotel to begin with, and the staff doesn`t make up for the less than desirable accommodations.

3. accommodations were lackluster - low ceilings, tattered furniture, worn carpets, dim light bulbs - but they were clean, had large windows, a small fridge, new TV and reserved parking.
