Cons-old!(faded bedspread, gold trim, 'patch' jobs instead of repairs were obvious)-ugly lobby-unfriendly desk clerk-no pool-no breakfast-unsecure parking-smelly elevator-dangerous balcony-Max track directly under window (vibrating/noise)-small tv-broken leg on table-website photos misleadingPros-clean sheets, towels-comfy pillows-lots of channels on tv-several chairs for sitting someplace other than the bed-great location (a few blocks from Lloyd Center and the place our conference was held lots of food places nearby)I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I`ll never stay in it again.

3. Got pretty annoyed when I went to check in at 3 and they still didn't have the room with a king size bed that I booked ready.

4. She FOLDED my boyfriends underwear and other clothes and put them on the floor so that they could straighten the comforter on the bed that had NOT been slept in the night before (there were 2 beds).
