2. It is in a fantastic location-across from Waterfront Park on the river and 2-3 blocks from the big shopping district (Sak's,Macy's,Nordstom's, Columbia, Abercrombie and Fitch, etc.), right on a mass-transit line, and with comfortable, clean rooms.

3. The restaurant and bar are excellent, and the location is terrific with the waterfront park across the street and with the light rail system available just steps out the door.
