4. I did a late check in and the person at the front desk was not rude but look bored and reflected on his service, however I figured that the night shift usually are hard so I let it sly.

5. The location in general is good, but the property is arranged poorly (awkward coming from the west, parking lot forces long walks, no covered parking area for check in).

6. Tried to check in at 4:00pm and was told that because the hotel was booked the previous night, we'd have to wait another hour (check in is at 3:00pm!) then we were checked into a room with one bed even though we paid for and requested two beds.
