1. Each and every time I stay here, I can count on incredible service from my arrival and being greeted by Ben (the best valet!) to everyone behind the counter, to Island and Megan in the restaurant, who always have my juice ready.

8. The front desk staff was a little stiff and formal for my tastes, but all other staff - from the valet to the plant guy to the folks in the restaurant, were friendly, cheerful and helpful.
