3. the breakfast room wasn't especially interesting, no one really has much in the way of gluten free or healthy offerings at this price point, so i didn't expect to get more than a yogurt and bad coffee.

6. I stay here 6+ times a year because of price, cleanliness and its location - the Max light rail stop is in the back parking lot, the airport is about 3 miles north, and major E/W (Highway 84, the Banfield) and N/W (I205) arteries are not far off.
