4. Since I was charged for the meeting space before we arrived and the person in charge was on vacation while we were there, negotiating price could not happen.

5. They gave us directions to specific restaurants we asked about (and even called ahead for one to see if it was busy), happily gave change, booked our return airport shuttle because I had forgotten to do it before we left, and even let my husband charge up his Zune on their computer.
