1. Location was convenient off freeway, and although an older property that has been subdivided into two different motel, it was clean and reasonably safe.

2. I stay here 6+ times a year because of price, cleanliness and its location - the Max light rail stop is in the back parking lot, the airport is about 3 miles north, and major E/W (Highway 84, the Banfield) and N/W (I205) arteries are not far off.

3. Convenient location can't be beat, for easy commute both to airport and to downtown (or anywhere else), since the Red MAX stop is right next to the Hotel.
