1. There is major traffic to the downtown area at 3:00 but the downtown area is safe and fun to go shopping at.

10. Being our first visit to the Portland area we reviewed many hotels in the downtown area but decided to stick where we generally stay and that would be Embassy Suites this one by the Airport.
