1. Wish we could have given them high 5's for being super friendly and happy and what's awesome is that the fellow at the restaurant remembers how my parents like their water with no ice.

7. I knew where I was so I didn't have to ask for directions but I observed them several times helping other customers with directions to shopping, restaurants, shuttle services, etc..

8. The greeting at the desk took away our anger, the room and the bed took away our tirerdness and the on site restaurant took care of the hunger.
