1. They did have the laundry bag in the closet which i was very happy about so at least i was able to get my wet pants in something.

2. And it has meeting rooms, a pool and a small workout room which is open so you can see the lobby and the pool unlike others which are often a large closet.

3. It had a nice kitchenette/bar area with a fridge, micro, & coffee, a comfy sofa bed, a nice dining table, glass divider wall, big closet, lots of drawer space, THREE TVs, and TWO vanitys/sinks.
