2. The second time: the sink was clogged, it was loud all night (so we didn't sleep well), they didn't put new shampoo in the room (so we had to use our own), they tried to over charge us for a pet we didn't have, and once again the restaurant was painfully slow.

3. THe best part was breakfast - we both had pancakes, sausage, and drinks at the attached restaurant as part of them room charge.
