3. The rates were NOT jacked up due to an local event, unlike most of the other hotels in the area, the cooked to order breakfast that was included was wonderful (eggs, hashbrowns, sausage!); the evening reception and complimentary wine/beer were just the thing after a long day.

10. We got the exact rate that was quoted, were notified of a last-minute cancellation so we were able to have a large meeting room all to ourselves for the entire stay at a very reasonable rate, and were treated royally.
