4. I waited for the arrival of the general manager, a Milton Gibson, and without blinking an eye he suggested that the bed bug corpse I had on their piece of paper proved nothing - he went on to suggest that perhaps I had brought the bug to the hotel for the purpose of obtaining free lodging.
