1. After the first night when we came back to the hotel from our picnic (after 5pm) my 2 rooms were not cleaned and I was told that because I was given a special rate, the rooms were not cleaned daily, (however they were not cleaned at all during my stay) but I was given clean linen and told that I could change my bed.
