2. Diamond stated that he would not do anything about the PROSTITUTION because ' THEY PAY THE BILLS, THEY KEEP THE ELECTRICITY ON' This establishment is billed as a family friendly atmosphere with children friendly events held and extended stays for people who have fallen on hard times.
