1. We liked the safe feel of a closed campus with three other hotels in a security gated area where you could just walk around to the other hotels for other restaurants.

3. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the station and you have to pass multiple lanes of a busy street as well as under a freeway with no walkway connecting one side.

4. Initially before arrival, I called the hotel and asked the how far they were from the Eastwick station of the SEPTA (I was coming from NYC via Amtrak and connecting to SEPTA) and the woman told me it was around the corner and a short walk away.

5. The bathroom smelled like urine and the floors in the entrance and bathroom (non carpeted surfaces) were sticky (possibly the source of the urine smell) and looked like they had not been cleaned in some time so I had to walk around in socks.

6. You exit the elevator at your floor and it continues to get worse as you walk to your room.
