3. The only complaint I have is that when we first arrived, the lady at the front desk seemed nice until everyone trying to check in was being told to give her 5minutes, which grew to 15-20mins waiting.

5. Check in was a breeze and anything you asked for you got it within 2 minutes ie extra towels.
