1. The hotel couldn't be more convenient to good food, a lovely park and all the shops one could desire.

Pluses - nicely decorated (sort of Ritz Carlton) very clean, nice size, intimate property, great location (Devon's Fish restaurant is around the corner - very good food), quietMinuses - not great for a business traveler - no writing desk, WiFi was out-of-range, no hair dryer, continental b'fast doesn't start until 7:30AMOf all the boutique hotels I've stayed in, this is the first that really felt like what I expected - small, intimate, special.

3. Food was good, huge bowl of fresh fruit, bagels, buns, coffee cake,cereal, coffee and tea.

5. It's lovely to have pretty crockery and charming wait staff but if the food and its presentation are sub standard, the whole thing 'misses'.

6. I think management should cast a more critical eye over the breakfast including the quality of food on offer, its presentation and ensuring stocks are replenished (eg empty jam jars etc).

7. In the morning, there was a free Continental Breakfast, but the food was lackluster.

8. In addition, we were delighted that staff were able to do us a favor by storing a few perishable food items in the refrigerator (since the rooms do not have bar fridges).
