1. Check out was easy we had our bill slipped under our door when we woke up so no need to stop at the desk and wait.

4. From check in to check out, all staff members would always smile at you everywhere, cheer you with a 'good morning/evening', and it didn't sound forced at all.

7. My husbands meeting ran over the day of check out so when I inquired if I could hangout in the room a bit longer, they agreed to let me stay until the cleaning team needed to come in at 1 which was a HUGE help since check out was 11 and I couldn't pick up the hubs until 2.
