1. The hotel is on the corner of a somewhat busy street but we were not bothered by street noise.

2. - good advices from the conciergerie- very good location to walk in the campus and to go to communitys' playgrounds for kids; a taxi can bring you to the zoo for about 10$- possibility to make coffee in the room- the room has a good size even at 4 with a crib, bathroom is very spatious- the Pod restaurant located at the corner of the street: delicious.

3. Overnight valet parking very pricey -- $35 -- but I can live with that a little better considering the lack of street parking in the area.

FYI, the Inn at Penn is not only convenient to the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University but also to Amtrak's 30th Street Station (the main station in Philadelphia), and if, like me, you happen to arrive at 3 a.m. you'll find yourself no more than 10 minutes from the airport (it could easily be a half hour at other times).

9. As far as parking goes, we avoided the cost and trouble of valet parking, and were able to park quite conveniently on the street next to the hotel.

10. I understand the hotel doesn't have a garage but with the Valet being as costly as it was, I did not expect my vehicle to be parked on the street.
