1. We did not use the parking facility so I can't comment on that but the bellmen and valet were great when we needed taxies or shuttles.

3. We didn't have a car so we took advantage of the free shuttle to the Disney parks, which was included in our vacation package.

4. They do provide a free shuttle to the self parking lot, but just keep in mind that you need to add an additional 20 minutes or so to walk to the front of the lobby and then get the shuttle.

5. I was there to explore some of the attraction parks as well, another downside was that the hotel did not have complimentary shuttles to any of the major attractions nor the airport, however it does have a rental car agency right at the hotel.

9. If I were to travel to this area I would make sure the hotel had adequate amenities with, at the very least, shuttles and vending machines (oh, and would it kill them to offer free WiFi?).
