1. The tile was clean and fresh and the shower head was great so, in trying to pinpoint why it felt old I guess the only thing I can come up with is that it was small, it could have had brighter lighting and there wasn't a good way to actually hang up a used towel.

3. The room I had was acceptable- granite countertops in bathroom (outside of the room where the toilet and shower is so it's nice to have that separation) and flat screen tv and seemingly new carpet.
